Space Marine 2 Heavy Builds

A full-tank Heavy Bolter build. The Chains of Duty Heroic Heavy Bolter has a fencing-style parry window, which other Heavy weapons lack. Fortitude, Adamant Will and Encompassing Aegis stack health and damage reduction, and Field Adjustment lets the Iron Halo cycle quickly so Adamant Will stays up. Restoration returns armour on kill streaks, while Overwhelming Power and Brute Force add ranged damage with the Halo up and while it recharges. The rate-of-fire Plasma Pistol refills contested health with charged shots.

Strengths: very hard to kill, and useful to the squad. Weaknesses: no melee weapon, and the Halo perks need active management.
